Published on March 8, 2022 by Raveaboutfood

My family really loves potatoes…especially crispy Sour Cream and Chive Potatoes. This recipe goes well with steak, chicken, or pork chops. The sour cream adds some zip and the crunchy topping makes these potatoes simply irresistible!

Chives can be found in your fresh produce section during all seasons of the year. They are affordable and can also be used on baked potatoes and potato skins for great added flavor.
