- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 2/3 cup shredded zucchini
- 1/2 milk chocolate chips
How to make Chocolate Zucchini Bread?
Instructions:
- Mix sugar, oil, eggs, milk and vanilla in medium bowl for 1 minute with an electric mixer on medium speed. Set aside.
- Stir flour, baking soda, salt and baking cocoa in a large bowl until combined.
- Add wet ingredients to dry and mix on low speed for two minutes.
- Wash and shred zucchini in a mini-chopper or food processor.
- Fold in shredded zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a 9×5 loaf pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Allow the bread to cool for 20 minutes before removing it to a plate to cool completely.
