Honey Garlic Lime Salmon Recipe
What’s needed?
- 4 6-ounce Salmon fillets
- 3 large lemon and 1 large lime
- salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- fresh cilantro to garnish (optional)
How to make Honey Garlic Lime Salmon?
- Make a foil tray with aluminum foil by folding up the sides. Put the foil trays on a baking sheet and spray each with cooking spray. Put two pieces of salmon in each tray on top of slices of lemon and lime. Season each fillet with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, heat the honey, garlic, butter and juice from two lemon slices over medium heat. When the butter is melted and all is combined, spoon the butter mixture over the salmon.
- Bake the salmon in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through.
Garnish the Salmon with cilantro and serve with your favorite side and some lemon slices. The cilantro really makes the dish! I served it over creamy noodles and broccoli, it tastes as good as it looks.
