Frozen Peach Pie
Each year I look forward to The Peach Truck coming to town. Today I’m sharing my award-winning recipe for Frozen Peach Pie. It is cool, refreshing and easy to prepare. Enjoy this summertime burst of cool peaches and cream flavor! Since the recipe makes two pies, you’ll want to keep one in the freezer to use later.
This recipe took first place in a pie contest last year at Dutch Mill Greenhouse and nursery in my hometown. They are one of the locations where The Peach Truck traditionally stops each year to sell peaches. The Peach Truck team voted my peach pie the winner because of it’s refreshing, peachy flavors. If you are looking for a tasty way to cool down this summer, give this recipe a try. It is simply the best summer pie recipe! It’s easy to make and so creamy and delicious!

- Press the mixture on the bottom and sides of each pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes, remove from the oven and cool.
- Put all of the pie ingredients in the blender, except the heavy whipping cream. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the peach mixture.

Have you ever kept the second pie in the freezer longer for later? Curious how long you’ve kept it.
Raveaboutfood
Thanks for the question. Yes, I have kept the pie in the freezer for up to three weeks. Thaw it 10-15 minutes before serving. Always a great hot weather dessert.
