Peaches are by far one of the reasons that I love summer. Plump and juicy, we eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am always creating new recipes that use peaches in tasty ways. Fresh Peach Salsa is a recipe that incorporates so many bright summer flavors, like tomato, peppers, red onion, cilantro and peach.
How do I make peach salsa?
The recipe is super simple to make and takes about 10 minutes from beginning to end. It is important to dice your ingredients small and uniform in size. This allows you to get a bite with all the flavors of the salsa. Once you have it all chopped, put it in a bowl and add the juice of one small lime.
Stir all ingredients and add a pinch of salt and black pepper to the salsa. Cover the salsa and put it in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve. Crunchy and sweet, this is the perfect accompaniment to fish, seafood or chicken. Or simply serve it with tortilla chips as an appetizer or light afternoon snack.
