Banana Pudding Mason Jar Desserts are delicious pint-size treats.
The number of summertime desserts you can make in a mason jar are endless. Whether you like Southern Banana Pudding, Chocolate Eclair Cake or Strawberry Pretzel Salad, you can layer these NO-BAKE desserts in pint-size Mason jars and have a yummy summer treat for dessert lovers of all ages. Garnish the jars with a spoonful of whipped cream and a cookie or pretzel on top to make a cold, creamy treat!
I have used pint jars (16 ounces) or half-pint jars (8 ounces), which are typically used for preserving jams and jellies. The size of the jar depends on how many people you are trying to feed and how large you want to make each portion.
Simply layer a few tablespoons of the cookie-crumb crust in the bottom of each jar and press it down slightly. Add the creamy whipped cream layer and then the fruity filling. Repeat these layers if you are using larger jars. Top with a final dollop of whipped cream and a garnish. It couldn’t be easier.
