#2- Asparagus Spirals
This is a fun twist, literally, on asparagus. Simply wrap asparagus spears with thin strips of bacon and crescent dough, then sprinkle on some Italian seasoning. Bake the Asparagus Spirals until golden brown…they are beautiful and so tasty. Serve them with a creamy dipping sauce as an appetizer or a side dish to ham or chicken.
#3- Cheesy Potatoes
No matter the occasion, this cheesy potato casserole is always requested and enjoyed by all. Tender potatoes and three kinds of cheese make it hard to resist. I first got this classic recipe for Cheesy Potatoes from a friend at church years ago. I’ve been making it for family gatherings ever since.
#4- Grandma’s Amish Pasta Salad
I grew up near a large Amish community in northeastern Ohio. My grandmother loved eating dinner at a nearby Amish restaurant on Saturdays and browsing the shops with all the handmade items that Hartville had to offer. Recently, I found her recipe for Amish Pasta Salad tucked inside a cookbook she left me when she passed away. A great recipe and such fond memories of something my grandmother liked to make and share.
#5- Creamy Chicken and Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus is abundant in the Spring and very affordable in many grocery stores. I layered it in this savory casserole with chicken, rice and cheese. Creamy Chicken and Asparagus Casserole will warm you up on a chilly spring day. You’ll want to pin this recipe…so you can make it again and again.
#6- BBQ Pork Spareribs
Are you tired of serving ham for Easter dinner? Here’s a delicious alternative, BBQ Pork Spareribs. They are tender and flavorful after roasting them at a low temperature in the oven on a bed of carrots and onions. Easy and so, so flavorful!
#7- Sheet Pan Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
Roasting is my preferred method for cooking brussels sprouts. They become crispy and so flavorful. Sheet Pan Brussels Sprouts with Bacon is the way to go. Just add chopped bacon, onion and spices before popping them in the oven and you have a healthy side dish that is LOADED with flavor.
#8- Mixed Berry Pretzel Dessert
