Game Day Snack Mix
When watching the Big Game, you always want to have some crunchy snacks to munch on. This one is a winner! Crunchy, salty, nutty and delicious—it’s the snack that everyone loves. Game Day Snack Mix is a combination of your favorite snacks all rolled into one tasty party mix.
While this snack mix is perfect for game day, you can make it anytime you have family and friends getting together. We especially love it on movie night, because popcorn can easily be added to the mix and it makes the best crunchy movie snack.
I like to make Game Day Snack Mix when I’ve got several almost empty bags of chips, pretzels and crackers. Use those last few handfuls of snacks in each bag to make this yummy mix. Pour them all into a big bowl and add the melted butter and seasonings and bake. You’ve got yourself a truly delicious snack for the family to enjoy.
Pretzels, Corn Chex cereal, Wheat Chex, Chees-It crackers, and nuts are the basic ingredients. Mix it up and make it your own by adding snacks you already have on hand or whatever your family loves. You can sweeten things up by adding some M&M’s or other chocolate candies after baking. Sweet and salty is always a great combination.
