Mixed Berry Pretzel Dessert
Mixed Berry Pretzel Dessert is a delicious fruity treat. I added black raspberries and blackberries to give the original version of Strawberry Pretzel Dessert a twist. It is simple to prepare and the salty pretzel crust complements the sweet, creamy filling and the tart berries. A great dessert for any spring gathering with family and friends.
When making this dessert, you can use fresh fruit, but frozen berries are also delicious. I often buy strawberries, cap and clean them, then place them on a sheet pan and finally transfer the fruit to plastic bags for freezing. Using what you already have in the freezer or selecting from what is available at your local fresh market are both good options.
