Red Velvet Kiss Cookies

These cookies are a great addition to a holiday cookie platter. They are so rich and chocolatey with a sweet candy kiss on top. My granddaughter helps me make these every year in December, and then we put them in pretty tins to share with friends and family. The best gift EVER!
