Root Beer Float Pie

Root Beer Float Pie Recipe
What’s needed:
- 8-ounces of frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 5-ounce box of vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 2/3 cup diet root beer
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inch)
- chocolate shavings or sprinkles for decoration
How to make Root Beer Float Pie?
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix, root beer and milk. Continue whisking for 2 minutes.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping until creamy and smooth. Pour this mixture into a 9-inch graham cracker pie crust and spread evenly.

- Spread the remaining whipped topping over the root beer pudding layer. And add some chocolate shavings or sprinkles to the top of the pie to finish. Chill the pie for at least 2 hours or overnight.
