Instructions
Heat the oven to 325 degrees. Spray at 15x10-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Mix the brownie mix with eggs, water and canola oil in a large bowl according to package directions. Pour brownie batter in prepared pan and bake per instructions on box, about 45 minutes. Cool completely.
In a medium bowl, stir the pudding mix and milk together for about 2 minutes. The pudding will thicken as you stir. Stir in 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread the banana mixture over the brownies and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Before serving, use the remaining Cool Whip from 2 containers to cover the top of the dessert. Evenly sprinkle the chopped banana, strawberries, and pineapple on top of the whipped cream.
Microwave the hot fudge topping for 30 seconds. While warm, drizzle it over the top of the dessert. Beautiful and delicious! Slice it into squares and serve immediately. This recipe makes 20 servings.

Notes
Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownies are moist and loaded with chocolate chips. Thus the reason they call them DOUBLE chocolate brownies. They are also dense and delicious, so they hold up well to the pudding, whipped cream, and toppings you will add. This makes them a great choice for this recipe. I have found Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownies while shopping at Costco, Target, Publix, and Walmart.
