Ingredients
16ouncescream cheese, softened (2 bricks)
1cupsugar
1teaspoonvanilla
2largeeggs
2/3cupmini-chocolate chips
32ouncesrefrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough, two 16.5 ounces tubes
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In an ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish, press 1 and 1/4 rolls of cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the dish.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until smooth and creamy. Stir in the mini-chocolate chips. Pour the mixture over the cookie dough in the baking dish. Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the cream cheese layer.
Bake the bars for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 30-60 minutes.
Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours or overnight. Cut into 24 bars and store any leftover bars in the refrigerator.
