Hard-boiled eggs with a creamy filling are a quick and easy side dish for your Easter meal.

eggs

hard boiled and cut in half lengthwise
3
tablespoons
mayonaisse
2
tablespoon
dill relish
1
teaspoon
mustard
pinch
of salt and pepper
smoked paprika to garnish
Instructions
Cut your hard-boiled eggs in half and place them on a plate. Remove the yolks and add them to a small bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Using a teaspoon, fill each egg with a spoonful of filling.
Garnish with a sprinkle of smoked paprika or fresh dill sprigs. Recipe makes 12 deviled eggs.

How to make a perfect hard-boiled egg?
Place your eggs in COLD water in a medium saucepan. Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow the eggs to sit in the pan of hot water for another 8 minutes.
Run very cold water over the eggs to cool. Crack and peel them under running water. The eggs turn out perfect every time.
