Ingredients
8ounceswhipped topping, thawed
5ouncesvanilla pudding mix
1cup1% milk
2/3cupdiet root beer
19-inchgraham cracker pie crust
1/4cupchocolate shavings , semi-sweet
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix, root beer, and milk. Continue whisking for 2 minutes.
Fold in half of the whipped topping until creamy and smooth. Pour this mixture into a 9-inch graham cracker pie crust and spread evenly.
Spread the remaining whipped topping over the root beer pudding layer. And add some chocolate shavings or sprinkles to the top of the pie to finish. Chill the pie for at least 2 hours or overnight.
